Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Brooke Daley and must be received on or before July 10, 2016 in order to qualify for a full refund less a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be granted after July 10, 2016 due to acts of nature, employment or company changes. If requesting a refund due to a medical issue, please send documentation along with your refund request. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment within 60 days after the close of the meeting. No-shows will not be refunded.
Registration Changes & Transfers
Transfer requests must be made in writing to Brooke Daley in order to be processed. Please email your requests to Brooke Daley outlining the transfer information. Registration transfers are accepted until the day of the event.
