Cancellation/Refunds:
Registrants may receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee until August 14, 2021. No refunds will be granted after August 14, 2021. Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. No-Shows will not be refunded. Requests must be submitted in writing to registration@kdd.org.

Substitutions:
Substitution requests must be made in writing to registration@kdd.org in order to be processed. Please email your requests to registration@kdd.org. Outline the transfer information and provide the new attendee's complete information. Registration transfers will not be accepted after August 14, 2021.

Scholarships:
The applications for need-based complimentary registrations has closed.

Group Discounts:
Discounted rates for groups over 20 are available. Please email our registration chairs at registration@kdd.org for application and enquiry.
