Public Transport Information
How do you reach Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport?
You should know that :
- by taxi, it’s more comfortable but slower (there might be traffic jams on the road)
- by RER, it’s faster
- by bus, it’s slower and less comfortable (on account of several connections).
By Taxi
Take the following exit (depending upon your terminal of arrival) :
- Terminal 1 : Exit 16 – Departure Level
- Terminal 2 :
- Hall A et C : Exit 8
- Hall B : Exit 5
- Hall D : Exit 10
- Hall E et F : Exit 8 Lower level
- Terminal 3 : at the hands of the principal exit It will take minimum 50 minutes and should cost between 50 and 60€.
By Subway/RER :
Follow the signpost « Paris by train »
Then take the RER :
- Buy a ticket from Roissy to Saint-Jacques
- Get the RER line B direction Robinson-St Rémy les Chevreuses and stop at Denfert-Rochereau station.
- At Denfert-Rochereau station, connect to subway line 6 (direction Nation) and stop at Saint-Jacques station.
- When you exit the subway station walk up the street for approximately 300 feet.
It will take about 50 minutes and should cost around 10€.
By Car Air France
Everyone can take this transport even if he does not fly on Air France
- Take the following exit (depending upon your terminal of arrival) :
- Terminal 1 : exit 34 Arrival level
- Terminal 2A-2C : Gate C2
- Terminal 2D-2B : Gate B1
- Terminal 2E-2F : gallery level gate 3
- Terminal 3 : take down to terminal 1 then take the shuttle service (free) CDGVAL.
- Terminal 2G is linked with the terminal 2C (gate 4) with the free shuttle N3.
- Take Car Air France Bus line 4 direction Gare Montparnasse and stop at Gare Montparnasse
Then take the subway
- From Gare Montparnasse, get the subway (line 6 – direction Nation) until Saint-Jacques station.
- When you exit the subway station walk up the street for approximately 300 feet.
It will take about 60 minutes and should cost around 20€.
By Roissy Bus
NB : This Bus goes to Place de l’Opéra, the best solution to get to downtown Paris by bus.
Take the following exit (depending upon your terminal of arrival) :
- Terminal 1 : gate 32, arrival level
- Terminal 2A-2C : gate A9
- Terminal 2D-2B : gate D11
- Terminal 2E-2F : gallery 5
- Terminal 3 : arrival level
- Terminal 2G is linked with the terminal 2C (gate 4) with the free shuttle N3
It will take about 50 minutes from the airport to Place de l’Opéra and should cost around 10€.

- When you leave Marriott Hotel, go right to reach Subway Station Glacière.
- At the Station, take the direction Nation (line 6).
- 2 stations later, stop at Station Place d’Italie.
- Connect to subway line 7, direction La Courneuve
- 6 Stations later, stop at Station Pont Marie
- Take exit number 1, quai de l’Hôtel de Ville
- When you exit the subway, walk down along the Seine on the Quai de l’Hôtel de Ville. You will find rue de Lobau on your right (entrance to Hôtel de ville, 3 rue de Lobau).
