Abstract

According to Forrester Research, global e-commerce will be worth nearly $7 trillion by the year 2004. That constitutes more than a 14,000% increase from the 1999 total of approximately $1 billion. With this explosion, the need for business intelligence solutions will increase proportionally.

In his remarks, Goodnight will outline the strategy for helping customers succeed at e-business. He will focus on making effective use of the data generated by Internet activities, while moving more of the customers' business-to-business services to the Web.
